What is your return policy?
At this time, we do not offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final (including for pre-orders). If you're order is wrong, please contact us as soon as possible and we will get back to you quickly.
If the wrong size or color is shipped, we’ll send the correct size at no cost, if requested within 7 days of delivery.
We can’t control orders once shipped. If the shipping address is incorrect, we may not be able to change it, but we’ll attempt to recover packages returned to us. If received, we can reship at the customer's expense.
Items purchased on sale are not eligible for returns.

Domestic Shipping: We offer standard shipping within US, with estimated delivery times ranging from 5 to 7 business days.

We ship to all U.S. states except Alaska and Hawaii (We also do not ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, and other Pacific/remote U.S. territories)

Do you ship international?
Currently, we do not ship internationally, but we do hope to offer international shipping in the future. Stay tuned for updates, and thank you for your understanding!

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Generally, domestic orders take 5 to 7 business days to process and ship. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed and confirmed, we begin processing it immediately to ensure quick delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to change or cancel orders once they are in processing. If you need to make adjustments, please contact us at info@astoreco.com as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.
