Refund policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, including for pre-order items.
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@astoreco.com and we’ll make it right.
If your return is accepted due to an issue, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns on perishable goods, personalized/custom products, beauty/personal care items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids/gases. Returns are not accepted for sale items or gift cards.
